I'm really bad about buying things for school over the summer...and then never taking them in to school! It drives my husband crazy. But I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that does this! I have good intentions of taking these things to school, I really do, I just get busy! Plus, I'm not sure what the state of my classroom even is right now. They "deep clean" our rooms over the summer and move everything around (the rooms are unrecognizable) so it feels like a waste to go in with more stuff if the room is still a mess anyway.
Right now, everything is taking over a spot on my living room floor. There are books, large dice, cork boards, containers, target items, games, etc!

I normally pile this stuff up on our dining room table, but I found a nice floor spot for it this summer. It's actually not looking terrible. I mean, it could be a lot worse! And it will be...the Staples back to school sale started today so the pile will be growing!

Haha. I know, I know. But I just got back from staples so it is growing!! I guess I should show my husband the pictures of what other teacher houses look like so he can be less annoyed with my stuff in the living room! :)

I've seen a few bloggers posting pictures that the Targets in their areas have added all their back to school stuff!...so I'm sure I'll be heading back any day now! & Thanks! :)
DeleteShow your husband my photos - he won't feel bad about yours after seeing mine! I even added a 2nd post because I added a pile after going to Target today! (My Target [also in Illinois] put out their Back to School stuff today including awesome things in the Dollar Spot Section!). Happy Shopping!
