I went to ________ college and a favorite memory.

I went to Illinois State University and majored in Elementary Education (endorsements in math, language arts, & social studies). My favorite college memory was meeting my (now) husband! We met my sophomore year...which was 7 years ago! We started dating September 4, 2006 and were married on September 4, 2010!

My Favorite School Memory as a Kid.

My favorite school memory as a kid...well, I guess it depends how you define "kid." When I was little, my favorite memory would have been my first grade teacher. I was new to the school and was VERY shy so I had a hard time making friends. She invited me to eat lunch with her and eventually let me invite kids to eat lunch with us in the room. My mom used to make special cookies for lunch! As an older kid, my favorite memory was during my senior year of high school. My softball team was in the regional championship game and we were losing in the bottom of the 7th. I was up to bat with 2 runners on base and 2 outs...talk about pressure. Well, I hit a homerun (my first & only of high school) to win the game!! It was amazing and something that I'll never forget!

Hobbies.

My main hobby is shopping...for purses, shoes, and comfy sweats (& now baby clothes)! When I'm not shopping, I enjoy scrapbooking and watching/playing sports! My favorite sport is baseball :) I also love listening to music (& singing along...poorly). I lived in Kentucky for a few years and fell in love with country music! I've been to 3 concerts this year (2 Luke Bryan & 1 Darius Rucker). They are so much fun!! Here's a quick pick from the Darius Rucker concert last night! Somehow, the weather managed to clear up just in time for the concert! There were a few clouds in the sky at first, but after that, just stars! It was great.
