Hi everyone!
This past week, we went to Howl-zoo-ween at our local zoo!
They decorate the zoo with Halloween items and have local restaurants, banks, stores, and others setup booths along the path to hand out candy. At the end, they have bounce houses and games for the kids to play before leaving the zoo. My little guy loves it!
This year, he requested a Captain America costume and I found the perfect costume
through Oriental Trading!
We purchased the shield and mask separately.
We ordered according to the size chart, and it fit really well! He wore a t-shirt under it to keep his back from being exposed. It was a fairly warm night at the zoo, so he didn't need any more layers than that. If it is cool on Halloween, he would be able to wear shorts and a long sleeve shirt under the costume.
The costume was soft and easy for him to run around in. He didn't have any problem trick-or-treating at the zoo or playing in the bounce house afterward!
