Prayers.

Please pray for a few towns around me...some nasty weather came through today. Many homes were destroyed in Pekin, IL (where I teach), schools were damaged and whole neighborhoods were destroyed by an EF4 tornado in Washington, IL (where my teaching partner lives...fortunately she & her family are safe, but most of the neighborhood was leveled).

We have been without power here for many hours, but consider ourselves lucky. We are staying in a hotel tonight...being without power was proving to be tricky with a 3 week old! Thoughts & prayers for everyone involved are greatly appreciated...
