If you're like me, it helps to write out what you need to do so that you can actually accomplish it.
I love a good list!
I also have ADHD and find that if I have a lot of things that I need to get done, they have to be written out so that I can see them and then cross them off. So I made this planner than others that I use and thought others might find it useful as well!
