Code.org Workshop

Hi everyone!

This week my district offered a professional development opportunity through Code.org. I was super excited to be involved in this because I started using Code.org with my first grade students in March of this school year. They were totally into it so I wanted to learn more about it!
At the workshop, we received a cute bag with a pen, notebook, and code.org lesson manual which will be very helpful moving forward!
On the second day of our workshop, we got to play around with some bots! And then our district technology director surprised us all by telling us that the district was buying everyone in attendance once of these bots! Check out our options below:

I have a Bee Bot, an Ozobot, and 2 mini spheros already in my classroom so I decided to go with a Blue Bot! I think the kids will love being able to see the insides of this little bot and he's very kid friendly...especially for beginning coders!

Check out My Amazon Page...I have shared some of my favorite ideas for STEM activities, Coding Robots, Classroom Furniture, and Classroom Storage there!
Have you used any of these bots in your classroom?
Which are your favorites?
